The salmon in Surf & Turf comes from commercial fishing operations in Alaska. Some wild salmon caught for human consumption do not meet specific commercial size requirements and may otherwise be discarded. We source this high-quality, omega-3-rich salmon and put it to good use in our treats, helping make fuller use of Alaska's wild resources.
